933173 - Extract email addresses from about:credits SVN checkin data to use for monument notification

In order to notify people in about:credits about the upcoming Mozilla Monument and give them a chance to opt out, we need to scrape the SVN checkin logs for the email addresses present there, and send them an email about it.

The logs can be viewed here:
http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.org/trunk/credits/index.html?view=log
although, of course, the scraping script will almost certainly use the SVN command-line client to get the data.

The logs go back to the very beginning of about:credits, including the time it was stored in CVS, although before I got involved not all entries have email addresses. And, of course, many of those addresses may no longer be functional.

Resolving as wontfix. The monument names were compiled several months ago, and we notified about:credits individuals with an opt-out choice.

The Mozilla Monument has been constructed and is proudly in front of the Mozilla Space in San Francisco.
