I'm trying to write a URL test suite from the top down, and so for URLs I started w/ RFC 1738. The smoketest includes every URL defined there, which included WAIS and Prospero. I've been around for a while, and I don't remember what it is, but I wanted a placeholder bug for my test matrix. I can't imagine anyone is would try to fix this...
