Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131028112627

Steps to reproduce:

Opened my java-based email client and tried to write an e-mail. I also tried to reply to an e-mail.

Actual results:

Nothing happens when I press write or reply.

Expected results:

A new tab in my e-mail client should have opened allowing me to begin composing an e-mail.

It is actually Java-based (using a Java plug-in), or JavaScript?

If Java, could it be that the Java object is blocked by Firefox when it is not supposed to be?
