Anyone know where the localized marketplace badges have got to?

bug 900060 is the master bug of all the previous badges created. L10n group does NOT create the badges. We localize the strings, we review the graphic work, we sign off on them when done right.  

Check 900060 for the history.  The asset has since moved to somewhere else.  Is it DAM?

L10n work is done but it is stalled with asset upload.  No one seems to take the responsibility of this task despite repeated probing.
