User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.101 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Visit any page with text on it, the text is rendered blurry. (see attachment)
Actual results:
Blurry text is rendered. Pressing Ctrl+A then clicking anywhere, makes the text appear normal. Scrolling down then back up makes the text blurry again.
Expected results:
Non blurry text should be rendered

Is this still an issue with recent builds ?
