User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 SeaMonkey/2.22 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131028182244
Steps to reproduce:
Enter an URL that will be redirected in the location bar, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Should%20be%20SVG . You will be redirected to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Should_be_SVG . Enter something that triggers the autocomplete in the address bar (e.g. "Template:Should"). Open the history window.
Actual results:
The entered URL, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Should%20be%20SVG , shows up in the location bar autocomplete, but does not show up in the history.
Expected results:
The entered URL, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Should%20be%20SVG should show up in the history.
Works for me in
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 SeaMonkey/2.22
Build identifier: 20131028182244
Check your Add-ons, looks like one of them is misbehaving

I just tried a fresh, default-option install of the latest version in a VM:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 SeaMonkey/2.22
Build identifier: 20131028182244
The bug remains exactly as described. The "%20" URLs show up in the autocomplete, but not in the history (and thus cannot be deleted from the history).
Hello, is this still reproducible in current SeaMonkey versions?
