Ram have been replaced with new KTA-MB1066K2/8G x2. jpech-lbc, thanks for the replacement. We tend to send the bad RAM to dolske as he was doing some experiments with it. Please ask him in bug 866338.

My apologies for missing this request. I will go ahead and file a bug later today with all bad RAM that have been removed from the Mac Mini. Thank you for the information!
