renaming cabinets so the names make sense in lieu of expansion and cold aisle containment installation.

r101-[1-10] -> r301-[1-10]
r102-[1-10] -> r302-[1-10]

r101-[14-23] -> r401-[1-10]
r102-[14-23] -> r402-[1-10]

r101-[11-13] -> r001-[1-3]
r102-[11-13] -> r002-[1-3]
colo-trip: --- → scl3
The racks have been relabeled, inventory has also been updated. Pinged SREs in IRC and we'll need to coordinate when doing the DNS and renames.

need to add OPs/inband VLAN as well.

Also could you give us a list (or update this bug) each time a new switch is renamed? So we can add them to Observium/Nagios.
added ops inband vlan to all access switches, updated inventory and bug 947122 for new switches.  	937711 is open for MOC to update DNS and monitoring. please let me know if there are any issues.

So I am thinking we need to update inventory with the new names? Is this a correct assumption?
Correct, the switch port informations of many servers are now incorrect.
