Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit http://whatbrowser.org/
2. Scroll down to the bottom, then scroll up.
Actual results:
Scrolling down and up (after the globe with a graph of nodes shows up) is choppy and laggy, and only stops becoming laggy after scrolling back up past the globe.
Expected results:
Scrolling should be smooth.

I see some choppiness on the given page with Fx26beta on Mac 10.6.8
