Steps to reproduce:

I set network.cookie.warnAboutCookies in the config. 


Actual results:

Even though I check the box that says "remember this decision", it keeps asking me if I want to store the same value for the same cookie over and over. Sometimes I need to click allow on the exact same value for the exact same cookie many times over.


Expected results:

It should only ask me once for a specific cookie if I have the "remember this decision" checkbox checked.
Firefox 18 is EOLed, you need to update to Firefox 25 and test again, please.
