When using fx, Press Cmd+N to open a new browser window, then type https://careers.mozilla.org/en-US/listings/ in the address bar and press Enter.
2. use the keyboard and tab your way to the "All Locations" select element.
3. press the arrow key "down".
4. press the enter key.
5. see that the "label" is changing to Remote.

The problem is that it's difficult to understand (get a overview) what the options in the three select-elements are.

I can't figure out how to get FireFox to display the overview of options for an unstyled select box when using the keyboard. I think this functionality has changed in the browser?

Two things need to happen if we don't want to just nix the styled select boxes:
1) the label needs to update as the user arrows through the options
2) we can simulate a click on the select box which seems to be the way to get the options to display

I would love to work on this. Can somebody please guide me on how to get started here? I am very new to this.

I'm no longer an appropriate mentor for this, but also it appears that the bug as originally described doesn't exist anymore; the dropdown inputs behave properly when using keyboard navigation. I'm closing this as WORKSFORME.

Thanks for the offer!
