User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131028112903 Steps to reproduce: OS: Linux - Ubuntu 13.10 Printer: HP M401dn (using HPLIP 3.13.9) Duplex printing enabled, printer settings duplex default: Long edge Language: German Actual results: Print a message from Thunderbird Print options default to "Short Edge" Even after changing to "Long Edge" the next print will again default to "Short Edge" Expected results: Print options should default to the setting selected for the printer, i.e. "Long Edge" Note: Printing from Firefox correctly defaults to the original printer setting, i.e. "Long Edge". Note 2: As this is on a German-language system, the problem might be related to a translation issue.
drudolph, Can you still reproduce when using a current version?
