Mail window - screenshoot made during maximizing
When opening mail client via browser command - window is maximized in visible way (non pretty way), when opening from explorer - is maximized instantly (as it should). See screenshoot. After clicking mail command - mail window is showed - size ~640x480, after that it is resized (maximized) to full size. When opening from explorer it is visible & maximized in one step.

Nope, it is fixed in recent builds.
WFM based on reporters comment.
