934602 - [Buri] Update 1.2 blobs from OEM build for 1.2 and 1.3 channels

we first need to get the oem to give us a 1.2 build, and then update the backup-hamachi directory for the release eng. builds for 1.2 and 1.3

Starting off as owner to track this issue.

Note: I am blocked by not having a 1.2 build from the OEM.

Set to koi?. The ROM update blocked comfirmation of some koi+ bugs.

Not sure why this needs to be koi+. The related blocking bugs seem to be resolved works for me.

They are marked works for me because the bugs were confirmed fixed with the new base image, which confirmed that the outdated base image was the cause of the issue.

This is likely a NPOTB issue that's required to be completed for 1.2 & 1.3 anyways to ensure that we're running the latest 1.2 blobs from our partner.
