We should implement the synthetic APK remove flow, which is something like this: * user uses native interface to remove apk * fennec observes removal and notifies registry * registry unregisters app
We've implemented the remove flow over in bug 934756, so this bug depends on that one and can be resolved once that bug is resolved.
