934942 - Issues in LON1 with AV.

There are a few issues with the AV in London, using this bug to track them for the next call out.

We need to first update the logo's in the two Extron control rooms:
913283

Controls in Allo Allo are also not working correctly, input on the main screen for Vidyo does not work, users have to use the Vidyo remote.


There is also an issue with the screen in the main space, colours are not displaying correctly and I believe need to be calibrated.

Regarding the colours on the large screen in the main space, showing a black and white movie demonstrated this issue clearly. I'd be happy to be around to demonstrate this issue.

Ticket has been raised with AVM, I'm awaiting a PO number and then we will go ahead with the work to get the issues fixed.

The PO has been approved and sent to AVM, working out a date that we can do the works.

So the engineer pinpointed the issue down to the encoder that takes the HDMI to CAT5E. He replaced all the cables in the middle and it's definitely that. He is sending out a replacement which should fix the issue. 

For now you can use the input on the desk for Movie night but we will need to get this fixed asap. Will update you when I hear ore.

I believe they changed the box under the desk.
