It's not faded. It's the actual color. Fading is applied to the title and not the url.
Or. I fixed a similar bug long back.

Uh, yeah we should be fading both the Title and the URL if they are too long. And the colour of the Reader icon is correct, and based on the new style of Home. You'll notice that the Bookmark and switch to tab icons are that colour too.
