Needed new identity


Actual results:

A long way around via Accounts Manager.
In screens under 720 lines, one has to resort to "blind tab pressing" to press the invisible (off screen) button (see Bug 507640)


Expected results:

The last identity in the "From:" pull-down should be "Manage Identities.
