When https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=874897 is marked resolved, please re-enable this test.
Removing the dependency. Let's enable this test anyway as it's been passing solidly for a couple of days now.

This is not needed on v1.2 as the test is still failing there. It may never be fixed there, so we should just keep an eye out for xpasses for now.
