Steps to reproduce:

Contributors are reporting images as spam being posted in image gallery.


Actual results:

Admins keep deleting it(without having any proof that really it's a spam or not).


Expected results:

Is it possible to add a feature like "Articles that link to this image" to every image(like we do with templates "what links here") such that we can easily find whether the image is sumo related or not ?

Bug 694941 made it possible to include images from the Media Gallery to contributor forum posts.  A "what links here" feature for images should also include forum posts, to help prevent deletion of images that may look like spam or unrelated to SUMO but are actually are included in one of the various contributor forums. 

For example, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/image/13806 was included in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/off-topic/709731 and should not be deleted.

Assuming that images uploaded to the Media Gallery will continue to be used for contributor forum posts,  I think the scope of this bug should be expanded to  
"Add feature: Articles and forum posts that link to this image"

This should be pretty similar to the documents/templates/includes case I did before. It will involve a migration to add a new table, and then some hooks in the parser code to add and remove links. Most of the machinery is already in place, and can be re-used. I think this is 2 points, but it might be 1. Erring on the safe side and making this p=2.

Deployed to prod now. The list of articles that an image is included in won't be completely populated until we do a full KB rebuild. We do those nightly at midnight Pacific Time.
