This bug is to land all of r+ed patches for the dependencies of this bug onto m-c.

They were landed originally on Oak for QA testing to ensure that there is no harm to Desktop profiles.

The dependencies will appear resolved even know they are not on m-c so that we can still use scrumbugs efficiently.  This bug ensures that we don't lose anything important.
