Let's wire the whole thing together: 
* Data about the Fx23 desktop release channel is in the Nucleus database
* The PaaS deploy of bedrock is able to consume/cache data from RNA's API

Let's modify views and templates such that a request for the version 23 URL  on the PaaS Bedrock[0] responds with a page generated from RNA data.

This bug is resolved and merged into the nucleus/rna codebase.
