935301 - [B2G][Contacts][Import] Clicking Retry on "Could not import contacts from memory card" does not retry

Description:
After clicking on Retry user is brought back to the contacts page while clicking cancel keeps user on the Import Contacts page.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 comRIL to BuildID: 20131103004003
2) Have an SD card w/o contacts.
3) Open contacts app and select on gear icon (settings).
4) Select import contacts > Memory card.
5) Select Retry once error message appears.

Actual:
No indication that phone retries to pull contacts from SD card.

Expected:
Most software either explains that it was unable to "retry" and allows the user to Retry again, or keeps the same error page and allows user to Retry until they wish to press Cancel.

This issue does not reproduce on Leo v 1.1.

The device tries to pull contacts from SD card with a dotted line on the screen and goes back to same error page and allows user to Retry until they wish to press Cancel.
