In Tom's Hardware Guide's June 2013 Grand Prix, Firefox 21 came in (a close) third place on the KaizouMark CSS benchmark:

On Windows 7 I got:

Nightly 37 (HWA ON and e10s off):
Transforms: scale:1[Maximum complexity reached]
Transforms: scale (with opacity):9[Got 22fps instead of 30fps at complexity 10]
Bouncing balls:3[Got 16fps instead of 30fps at complexity 4]
Colors:6[Got 12fps instead of 30fps at complexity 7]
Colors & gradients:6[Got 11fps instead of 30fps at complexity 7]

Chrome 39:
Transforms: scale:10[Got 17fps instead of 30fps at complexity 11]
Transforms: scale (with opacity):9[Got 22fps instead of 30fps at complexity 10]
Bouncing balls:3[Got 27fps instead of 30fps at complexity 4]
Colors:5[Got 10fps instead of 30fps at complexity 6]
Colors & gradients:5[Got 10fps instead of 30fps at complexity 6]

IE 11:
Transforms: scale:9[Got 29fps instead of 30fps at complexity 10]
Transforms: scale (with opacity):7[Got 23fps instead of 30fps at complexity 8]
Bouncing balls:2[Got 26fps instead of 30fps at complexity 3]
Colors:5[Got 29fps instead of 30fps at complexity 6]
Colors & gradients:5[Got 20fps instead of 30fps at complexity 6]

which seems to indicate that Nightly beat IE on all the tests and only lost to Chrome on the bouncing balls!
If somebody could test on Linux or Mac, it would be great.
cpeterson is this bug worth keeping open?

We can close this bug. I reran the tests and the results are quite unstable.
