Build ID: 2001080303 mozilla-win32-talkback When displaying attached animated GIF, Mozilla hogs 98% CPU. Mouse cursor's motion gets skippy.

Works for me, build 2001080114 on win2k.

I see this with win2k build 20010803 The testcase used ~65% CPU on my Athlon 1.3Ghz

OK, I checked with earlier builds that I have archived locally. It's a regression that occured between nightly builds from 2001-06-14-15-trunk and 2001-06-18-07-trunk dirs on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org. 2001-06-14-15-trunk renders smoothly, 2001-06-18-07-trunk eats CPU.
