eviljeff mentions how the information in the reviewer details page is dense and not all of them are useful.

The most useful information for reviewers are: type, status, manifest url, default locale, privacy policy, requirements and device types (from a first glance) are important.

The less useful sections are:  Price, Team members, categories, ratings, website, downloads.

We can either get rid of the less useful info or hide them behind a 'More info' toggle.

ID definitely needs to be above the fold, and developer name probably should be.  These are the two items that help prevent app identity mixups.
