93575 - Print scaling way too big

I used mozilla 9.2 to access my bank tonight, which worked great till I printed
the results of paying a few bills.  The printouts are scaled way up, but did
follow the 1.0" margins I set.  But it still took 2 pages to print each page as
the page number was carried over to the top of a second, otherwise blank sheet,
and the scaling was such that I only got columns 1 thru about 50.  In other
words, the amounts column would have been printed about 4" to the right of
the right edge of the paper.

As I like to keep a printout of the transactions in case of a miss-cue, not
having the amounts authorized to be paid per account name printed is a
show-stopper.  The printing requestor must have a size ratio controller so as
to make the pages actually fit the paper.
Now, I'm aware that some browsers do have this feature.  For those of us
running a 1024x768 or higher screen, and therefore also using bigger fonts,
there needs to be a mechanism to put the scaling back in the ballpark when
a page is sent to the printer.
Also, the back button sems to have a mind of its own, hideing out way too
much.

Other than those 2 niggles, this is looking very good indeed.  However, I just
noted that there is no room for the descenders of a lowercase character in the
summary line gadget, ditto for the URL.  Those with a multiselector gadget
at the right end of the line are properly scaled though.

Reporter, without a way to reproduce or an attachment, the best I can do is dupe
this against a bug with the same description.
