Before the "edit as comment" mode is enabled. Text is in Thai and looks fine
It appears that a multilingual text file is perfectly fine when view as is. However, when you switch to "Edit as Comment" (or Edit Details) mode, all non-ASCII characters are corrupted. It seems that the text file in this mode is not UTF-8 compliant.
