When a Zippy payment completes it will redirect to Webpay's success/failure page. In addition to this, let's post to a Webpay URL in case the client side redirect gets interrupted. 

This URL could be configured by Webpay when it starts the transaction (bug 936119). Thus, the transaction API needs some changes: http://zippypayments.readthedocs.org/en/latest/payment.html#transactions
