bhearsum: can you investigate whether slaveapi can properly reboot this class of machine?

SlaveAPI can reboot this type of machine...it just requests a POST to /slave/talos-r4-snow-078/action/reboot (soon to be "slaves" and "actions"). I feel like you might be asking a different question though...

I had wrongly assumed that slaveapi was doing the automated reboots now.  I see that kittenherder is still doing that job.
