936210 - Re-expose file listings

The initial page (now that we've got rid of the splash page) should include a listing of the root level source code directory, like https://wiki.mozilla.org/DXR_UI_Refresh#Initial_Page.

The directory listing should be accompanied by...
* Breadcrumbs
* A "Search Within" control of some kind (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/DXR_UI_Refresh#Search_Within) that copies the current path into a "path:..." filter in the simple query field.

Items within a dir listing should link to pages of their own (or do it with AJAX and pushstate; I don't care), like it is on prod currently.


My wireframes show column-sort widgets, but if those are anything more than dropping a JS table lib in, let's leave them until we've shipped the rest. The current prod version doesn't do column sorts.
