When I try to click the option 'View' nothing happens, I can still use right
click to open source etc. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open browser
2.click 'View'
3.Watch nothing happen

Actual Results:  Nothing

Expected Results:  Showed the drop down 'view' menu

Please try it again with a new profile.
(run "mozilla -profilemanager")

no change when using 'mozilla -profilemanager' Mozilla opens as normal and the
view command is still non functional

You have created a new profile and it still don't work ??

Have you installed Mozilla in a fresh directory ?
(deleted/uninstalled the old build or installed it in a different directory)

Uninstalling / Reinstalling Mozilla fixed this for me.

I had been running 0.9.2 and upgraded via the installer to 0.9.3 without
previously uninstalling 0.9.2.  I was also using a non-standard (skypilot) theme
