STR:
1. Navigate people.mozilla.com/~rlin2. press GetAudioContext
2. Press getAudioContext
3. Start (recording)
4. playback from memory
the result sounds broken. Also happen on 400hz tone.
Recording audio from GetAudioTag2ch sounds well.
I found the resampler produces some click sounds as audio.raw(48000hz, 2ch, float)
But the Orgaudio.raw can't found it.(44100hz, 2ch, float)

I can reproduce this with Nightly 28.0a1 (2013-11-20) on MacOS 10.8.5.

We added blob export to rlin's test page; here's an example. You can see what look like periodic phase jumps in the sine wave.
My clicks are much worse than in Randy's audio.raw above, but his testing suggests the problem is in the code calling the resampler. Randy can reproduce on Windows Nightly as well, but not on Linux, which is weird since that code should be platform-idependent.
Component: Video/Audio → Video/Audio: Recording
I just have a try and can't find this problem on 2014/6/16 nightly build.
