936502 - Can't tap on dropdowns in Cost Control FTU

In Cost Control FTU, can't tap on select lists on the "Data report" panel

1. Load Usage on a fresh build
2. Tap next to get to Data Report panel (see screenshot)
3. Attempt to tap Reset report/Starting on select lists

Nothing obvious (Gecko related) in the logcat either.

Is all selection lists failing? Or just this specific cost control dropdown?

Just Cost Control.
These are the only two dropdown boxes in cost Control/Usage, aside from the same two boxes also in the Settings panel of Usage, which also fail.
