The "¬" character is missing in the Spanish keyboard whenever the user attempts to type something.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131108004004
2) Select the Settings app.
3) Select Keyboards.
4) Add the Spanish (Espanol) keyboard in Selected Keyboards.
5) Open the Messages app.
6) Compose a new message and select the Message field.
7) Look through all available characters to verify the missing "¬" character.

Actual:
The "¬" characters is missing.

Expected:
The "¬" character would be available to type.

AFAIK the "¬" character is not used in Spanish. It is valid for smilies though (like ¬¬)

Totally agree with Fernando. I don't think it's necessary to add it.
