936612 - Missing symbols from special keyboard layouts

The keyboard layout is missing a few mathematical and typographical symbols.

Alternate Layout
----------------
Add as long press option on Asterisk '*':
- Multiplication sign '×' (U+00D7). Android, Samsung kb have it as separate key.
- Dagger '†' (U+2020). Android has it on same position.
- Double dagger '‡' (U+2021). Android has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Minus '-':
- En dash '–' (U+2013). Android, iOS has it on same position.
- Em dash '—' (U+2014). Android, iOS has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Quotation mark ' " ':
- Left double quotation mark ' “ ' (U+201C). Android, iOS has it on same position.
- Right double quotation mark ' ” ' (U+201D). Android, iOS has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Apostrophe mark " ' ":
- Left single quotation mark " ‘ " (U+2018). Android, iOS has it on same position.
- Right single quotation mark " ’ " (U+2019). Android, iOS has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Slash '/':
- Division sign '÷' (U+00F7). Android, Samsung kb have it as separate key.

Add as long press option on Less-than sign '<':
- Less-than or equal to '≤' (U+2264). Android has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Greater-than sign '>':
- Greater-than or equal to '≥' (U+2265). Android has it on same position.

Add as long press option on Equals sign '=':
- Almost equal to '≈' (U+2248). Android has it on same position.
- Not equal to '≠' (U+2260). Android has it on same position.

While this looks good to add these symbols to our alternative chars, I'd like to ask UX to review if this is what we want.

Carrie, do you think it is good to add these as Comment 0 stated?

Hi guys,

We are currently designing the new layout for keyboard which includes the symbols on 2nd layer.
These are very good suggestions and we definitely will take them into consideration.
The new design spec will be released soon after UX internal discussion.
