This machine booted itself into recovery mode.  :markco recommended we run diagnostics on it.
colo-trip: --- → scl1
Machine was booted into recovery mode. After a power cycled. Windows chkdsk repaired the repaired the hard drive which seem to had issue with windows configuration setting. After the fix i also ran Windows System Diagnostic Test+Windows memory test and showed no further issue. Please reopen if any other issue occur.
