Cut off Text-Check New Message
Repro Steps:
1. Load Buri Build ID: 20131108123740
2. Open the E-mail app
3. Add an E-mail account
Actual Results:
The text in the "Check for new messages" drop down is slightly cut off when viewing the selected option.
Expected Results:
Text will be displayed with no cut off in all text boxes/ dropdowns.

Reproduced in UX bug bash for 1.3 and verified Dec. 16. Also seen on the New Account screen.
