I just tried to setup Gaia::Email and ran into some difficulties. Update the documents in README.md to reflect changes.

Thanks for the patch!  If you can do a pull request instead, that would be great.

Comments:

For step 1, in general "make b2g" is supposed to work (although it does not do the symlink, which we can fix, but we can do that separately), but from IRC it sounded like it was broken for you?

Step 3 installs step 4 (install npm) I think.  Recent versions of node ship with it.  Maybe we should just specify node 0.10.x.  (We probably still work on 0.8.x, but I'm not sure why we'd want to advocate an older version.)

For step 12, if the person is using arbitrarypushlog, the make step to run would be "make post-tests" since that automatically pushes the logs into the arbitrarypushlog instance.
