If this is related to --ion-check-range-analysis, :sunfish might be interested to take a look.

An "exit-status" of -9 here means the harness thinks the process was killed with signal 9, aka SIGKILL. Is it possible that Lion's "Automatic Termination" feature is kicking in here?
