In the Data Manager Permissions tab, labels falsestart-rsa and falsestart-rc4 appear. These should be replaced by proper labels.

I do not think "False Start using RC4" or "False Start using RSA" are truly user-oriented. This bug report resulted from an end-user questioning what is a false start. See the mozilla.support.seamonkey newsgroup thread beginning with <news://news.mozilla.org:119/aM-dnaUhTpTYlODPnZ2dnUVZ_gudnZ2d@mozilla.org>. Somehow, the label should be more descriptive of "false start". Yes, I know the size of the label is limited. However, failure to explain false starts will only result in more questions about the term, both in the mozilla.support.seamonkey newsgroup and also in bug reports.

"TLS False Start" is the name of the Internet Draft, and that is now in the label (you dropped the "TLS" in your comment 3). It is a very technical permission, and if someone is really interested in knowing what it is about, the answer is just one Internet search away. Or where do you want to draw the line? Explain what TLS is? RSA? RC4? HTTP? Ridiculous.

Looking at the current source they are dead. Some old profiles might still have them in permissions.sqlite but I think they could be completely removed. I think I will file a followup bug for this.
