93693 - columns in bookmark window don't always resize correctly

Description

When the "client area" (the white area) is higher than wide (approximatly), 
columns resize according to the width, not the height.

To reproduce:
  Open the bookmark window
  Resize it so that it's a horizontal rectangle.
  Change the height of the window. At some point (when the white area becomes 
higher that it is wide), the columns becomes wider (the columns themselves, 
not the columns header) as you increase the height.
  Reduce the height and the columns becomes narrower untile the white are 
becomes wider that it is high.

Similarly, if the window is more horizontal than it is vertical, changing the 
width of the window resize the columns (ok) until the window riches this turning 
point (narrower than high) then the columns stops resizing (but the columns 
header continues to resize)

On the attachment, in red you have the columns boundary as they should be, in 
blue as they are.
