Details
Recently in Nightly, scrolling with the trackpad on my mac started behaving more like touch scrolling, where one can pull a little past the end of the document, with it snapping back when released. On my MacBook the page view goes fuzzy during the past-the-edges state, returning to sharp after snapping back, which is distracting. It does not go fuzzy during normal scrolling. Perhaps the animation happens in low-dpi scaled mode? This is on a hidpi (retina) display.
I think this belongs to Stephen.
