Since that date I'm stuck on gaia git commit from 2013-10-09, 1.1.1.0-prerelease, 18.1. Note: the phone was off for almost 2 weeks (I was on vacation) during the period between 10-09 and 10-20.
A long time ago (this summer) I switched my phone to update from the Nightly channel (using Fabrice'es script, attached). I was able to update, but probably not from the nightly channel... until that date.
Attached is the script and logcat while forcing the update.
Looks like I have to change the URL again? How? To what URL?

I thought we stopped issuing OTA updates w/unagi, as we discontinued support for it. Aki would be able to confirm this.

So I can just throw it away?

Those are still on for trunk (1.3) and 1.2, until WebQA gets off Unagis: bug 924503 .
But yes, we're going to turn off all Unagi builds shortly.

Does it then mean my unagi is no longer usable as a normal phone? (not that it would be last two months, slow, unreliable as hell....)

It means Release Engineering will no longer provide builds for your phone after we close bug 924503. Nothing prevents you from building+flashing your own builds.
We have been ordering other phones to get unagi users onto other devices; have you gotten any of those email threads?

No, didn't. When this is going to happen?
