The new API allows real data reset and thus, enable the user to only empty the historical for the WiFi and mobile networks separately.

I detected three main problems:
 - The settings screen is not scrolling (please check it is scrolling before the patch).
 - The option menu to select what network to reset has no transition animation (ask Vicky to see what is the proper transition).
 - When canceling the operation, the UI is being updated. We should avoid to repaint when it is not needed.
