Attachment: Keyboard menu in the settings menu. (Serbian-Latin)

Description:
When the device language is set to Serbian-Latin, the 'Keyboard' option from the Settings menu is displayed in english.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131108004004
2) Set device language to Serbian-Latin.
3) Restart device.
4) Launch Settings app.
5) Scroll to 'Personalizacija' section of Settings app, and observe the 'Keyboards' option.

Actual:
'Keyboards' section of the Options app appears mostly in English.

Expected:
The entire settings app is appropriately translated into the current default device language.
