Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801
BuildID: 2001080104

I noticed that mozilla won't start (with/without the -mail switch) if I'm
playing a mp3, this is, the wav device is busy. I didn't noticed before, but I
checked 0.9.2 and it also happens. Using 0.9.3 nowadays.

Stopping the mp3 player (freeing the wav device) starts mozilla. This is, seems
that it is waiting for the wav device.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. play a mp3
2. try to start mozilla, it won't
3. stop the mp3, mozilla will continue to load.

Actual Results: Mozilla does not start until the wav device is freed.

Expected Results: Mozilla should start even if the wav device is busy.

I alwasy use mozilla -mail to start it, but it happens without -mail too. Users
don't knowing this will open multiple copies of mozilla at a time and think it
is broken and does not works!
