As for FB tel numbers we know the number and the country code it will be very helpful to index them according to the different variants. Using that approach we will make transparent the rest of apps about the i18n numbers issue. As a result the code in the dialer, SMS or other FB data consumer applications will be considerably reduced, being this approach a win.
