If the user attempts to purchase an app over wifi using carrier payment method the user will receive the message "Sorry there was a problem. Please try again later."

steps to reproduce: 1. Open MP stage/inapp Stage. 2. Search for any pricetier. 3. Select buy expected behavior: The user receives the message that payment is complete and the user is able to download the application. observed behavior: The user receives the error message "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later" MSISDN: 0175 6980737 Pricetiers affected: All Note the sim used for testing has over 200 euros of phone credit.

The tester reports that on switching to 3g, the purchase is successful

Fixed. However, due to the way billing works in Germany; user cannot purchase on wifi and then immediately bill on 3G. This was also the case for Poland.
