The device language is set to Serbian-Latin. The 'Do Not Track' section of the Settings app contains three strings that are displayed in English:
"Tell websites and apps that I do not want to be tracked."
"Tell websites and apps that I want to be tracked."
"Do not tell websites and apps anything about my tracking preferences."

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131112004004
2) Set device language to Serbian-Latin.
3) Restart the device.
4) Launch the Postavke(Settings) app.
5) Select Ne zelim da me prate(Do Not Track).
6) Observe text on 'Do Not Track' page.

Actual:
The tracking options are displayed in English.

Expected:
The tracking options are displayed in Serbian-Latin.
